Arnold trying to teach us to do turns...there was a variety of ways to do this and your brain could hurt with all the things to remember (put your left leg out, your right hip in...do the hokey pokey...) including sticking your arms out and doing the tea cup. Quietly, I think it's just a way to make us look foolish but apparently it all helps! It ain't a graceful sport.
